Had a tear develop in the seam of my I-Shot Shooters Pro Bag. Finally got around to calling them. Didn't even buy it from them. I bought it from a reseller (Gunnersalley). I was expecting the go talk to your reseller business. They pleasantly surprised me by first apologizing and then Fedex-ing a new bag out ASAP with no questions asked when I purchased, etc. I don't even have to pay for shipping!
Thought I'd share a good customer service experience for change.
