Well, the package I was waiting for arrived today so... I just returned from doing a bit of sighting-in on The Beast. ( I spoke to the guys at C-more and they say this will withstand the recoil of the .500. Guess we'll see, eh ?
(Iffin' you want a C-More buy it direct from them, they're cheaper then Midway - even with the discount ! )

I put a C-More Railway open red dot on a Weigand mount on my .500.

Here's what it did for me, this is at 100ft, off an improvised rest.

Me happy ! ...kinda started anticipating recoil at the end tho...

I know, I know, ...I hung the target upside down.

i had to look at the case twice,i didnt even realize it was a coffin at first.
thats one of the coolest things i've seen to carry a pistol in.
