I know some people who could use these

Like a dog will really care.

Did anybody read the bottom of that?

This year's other Ig Nobel winners include:

PHYSICS: Since 1927, researchers at the University of Queensland in Australia have been tracking a glob of congealed black tar as it drips through a funnel - at a rate of one drop every nine years.

PEACE: Two researchers at Newcastle University in England monitored the brain activity of locusts as they watched clips from the movie "Star Wars."

CHEMISTRY: An experiment at the University of Minnesota was designed to prove whether people can swim faster or slower in syrup than in water.

The Ig Nobel for literature went to the Nigerians who introduced millions of e-mail users to a "cast of rich characters ... each of whom requires just a small amount of expense money so as to obtain access to the great wealth to which they are entitled."

Imagine having to explain to your wife why your maxing out all the credit hards and mortgaging the house on fake testies? I have a hard enough time just trying to convince my girlfriend why I need another car loan.

And you know a guy who has spent his entire life inventing fake testicles HAD to have had a birth defect that shouldn't have to be named for those more imaginative people here.

I know where there will be a real set available next Thursday! Mike the Jack Russell is goin' for a ride!

And if you feel that your truck needs more balls...

I saw a set on the truck in front of me one day and did a double take. When I got to work I did a google search for "truck" and "scrotum" and there you have it.

I don't think I have the nerve to get a set for my bike, though... I'd have to get a Nut Bra for them, too! [roll]

It looks like Florida is trying to make these illegal!

ALLAHASSEE, Florida (Reuters) - Senate lawmakers in Florida have voted to ban the fake bull testicles that dangle from the trailer hitches of many trucks and cars throughout the state.

Republican Sen. Cary Baker, a gun shop owner from Eustis, Florida, called the adornments offensive and proposed the ban. Motorists would be fined $60 for displaying the novelty items, which are known by brand names like "Truck Nutz" and resemble the south end of a bull moving north.

The Florida Senate voted last week to add the measure to a broader transportation bill, but it is not included in the House version.

In a spirited debate laced with double entendre, Senate lawmakers questioned whether the state should curtail freedom of expression in vehicle accessories.

Critics of the ban included the Senate Rules Chairman, Sen. Jim King, a Jacksonville Republican whose truck sported a pair until his wife protested.

The bill's sponsor doubted it would succeed.

"It's probably not going to make it through the process," Baker said on Thursday. "It won't be much of story in a few days."

This bill started a few weeks back. These have been around for quite some time... Both OK and VA tired to outlaw them a year or so ago....no go.
