A gas operated semi in 12 or 20 is the easiest on the shoulder especially if it fits right but an O/U, pump etc can be okay too if they fit well. Some people handle recoil better then others.

just got a text from a freind who whent with her mom. They both loved it too. Now she wants me to take them out doing trap. I havnt fired a 20ga since boy scouts, can someone tall me if they can enjoy a 20ga how will they like a 12ga? low power loads maybe?
