I just picked up a Sig P6. It has the old style barrel which isn't the best for feeding HP's. I took it to the range today and it digested WWB and all my reloads (poly coated lead truncated cones, and berrys flat points). Besides the heavy DA trigger pull it was great. That will be addressed soon with some wolf underpowered springs. However, it didn't like Federal 124gr HST +P which is my normal carry load. As I feared, it jammed between the breach block and feed ramp on the barrel. Anybody out there have an old style barrel P6 that use with HP? If so what do you recommend?
