No, the seal won’t be strong enough on that machine, I have one, but there are some hacks I used. First off, you need to do this, because you can’t suck the air out of non textured Mylar bags. Also, you probably want oxygen absorbers. Have a plan to use them quickly and reseal any your not using. Unless they’re already individually wrapped

After the machine seals, take a flat iron at about 350* and create a better seal across the top edge of the bag.
You can also use regular Foodsaver bags with oxygen absorbers, then throw them in Mylar bags, but this is wasting bags.
When you’re done, put the bags in some buckets with lids to keep the pests out.
