What are the procedures to getting a non- resident permit in ct ???

Follow the link and call the number listed there. They will mail you all you need to apply for a non-res permit.

I believe that you can also do it in person by driving down to the DPS headquarters in Middletown, CT.

CT also requires proof of firearm training - NRA Basic Pistol including live fire training (or equal course). NRA Home Firearm Safety is not acceptable.

Just called for my paperwork. It was like the anti-mass (though living in a green town MA wasn't bad for me either) A few minutes on the phone with a pleasant person and the info is in the mail.
