On some threads people post up spoilers with a button to press with an answer. How do you do that?

For a spoiler like this, enter SPOILER in [ ] brackets followed by /SPOILER in [ ] brackets with your content in the middle.

For a spoiler like this, enter ISPOILER in [ ] brackets followed by /ISPOILER in [ ] brackets with your content in the middle.
