post a picture I got in an email? I have the url for it. What do I click on and where to put it in a file? (I'm getting better with this techno stuff, but still some things evade me.

I'd save it to PhotoBucket. Accounts are free. That's what I do.

I know about the web sites for that, but when I go to paste a picture in (like here), what do I click on above? Img, url? I know with the emoticons I click Img.

An emoticon from elsewhere is nothing more than an image, so, do exactly the same thing.
