Horizontal Magazine Pouch

Plan on purchasing a horizontal mag pouch for my M&P 40 in the near future. Do folks where it on support side facing away from belt buckle with bullets up, or in a different position? Thanks.

From what I have seen, you can get them in various configuration. For me, support side, magazine baseplate away from buckle, with bullet/cartridge facing down, would work best.
