Homemade Cleaning Supply Storage

I had some free time at work a few weeks ago and ended up milling this out on the Bridgeport. I got tired of a small plastic holder that I have had for years. I found the metal case in the dumpster and picked up some felt from Walmart. I'm into this for a couple bucks. Any other homemade ideas like this out there?

Nice work. Projects always come out better when they are done on company time. I'm in the middle of rehabbing a gun case that i got that was all busted up. Sometimes it's nice to have a small project you can complete in a short time especially if it turns out to be useful.

The wood is oak and I went with a red mahogany stain. I tried keeping the stain darker so the dirt from the cleaning brushes wouldn't show up as much.
