Home invasion: "Oh yeah, I messed him up"

"By the time police arrived on the scene, Hernandez told WISN-TV, they had injured the man so badly that an ambulance had to come to the home." News Report

I think that it is great that the father and son fought back, but I am also willing to bet that there will be some kind of lawsuit initiated against Mr. Hernandez and his son and/or the DA there will try to get them on some kind of trumped up assault charges, saying that they used excessive force after the bad guy was subdued.

Sadly [cry]

I agree with Mark here. With quotes like this..

"Oh yeah, I messed him up," Hernandez said. "He came in walking and left in a stretcher."

Hernandez said his favorite movie is "Scarface."

I'm not thinking that it looks good to say that to the news media. Makes it sound like you had too much fun.

Atty: Mr Thug, did you or did you not have a gun to the head of my client?

Thug: Well, yeah, but they didn't have to beat me up! It wasn't anything personal and I didn't threaten 'em or nothin'.

yeah. In Wisconsin? I don't think so... I suspect that any juries will be on the side of the homeowner. Now, if that'd happened in MA, I'd be calling Darius before I'd call the ambulance!

I'm sorry, I can't tell you how this guy got injured until I speak to my attorney...

The reporter played up all the latino stereotypes. [lol]
