I don't care if they block web sites on wifi. I just want good service from them, and the one in Keene has shown several times that they don't have what it takes. A few years back, they assembled my snow blower incorrectly. A month ago, I went there just to get a cordless stick vacuum... I bring it home and find the bagless compartment to hold what sucked up was actually full of dirt, and the whole vacuum was all banged up and looked like it had been heavily used for months. WTF? What kind of idiot gets a lot of use out of a vacuum only to return it, and what kind of idiot then puts it back on the shelf as-is as a "new" vacuum? I returned it and bought an actual new vacuum at Best Buy, works great. Screw them.
