Help to I.D. this Headstamp?

Made a trade with a friend and ended up with a couple head stamps I am not familiar with. Hoping someone will recognize this.
It is 7.62 X 51 FR (Which I think is Brazilian) with a "Star" on left and right and "7.62" on the bottom. Pics to follow.
IDK why the pics are upside down...

If they have the NATO cross on the headstamp they will be non-corrosive. I would suspect (and treat these as) they are corrosive.
