If you’re really think about it, I got the keys the ignition, but it’s only got about a mile of gas left… oh and by the way, the fuel gauge doesn’t work.. I guarantee I could close that gap

They are regulated by the federal government, but the feds aren’t put the screws to them like f***ing Healy. What a Dyke. What can't an FFL's gun store business be regulated federally and not by the State? That's what most gun shops are afraid of, the state shutting their business down if the go astray of Maura's list rules? Are all business entities always state controlled? I know, I know, pipe dream.
Would a gun shop / FFL located on tribal land be subject to only federal law? What can't an FFL's gun store business be regulated federally and not by the State? Kinda like, using federal rules, if I have dual residency in NH, I can buy ARs to my hearts content and keep them NH. I know a person is not a business but can one start a federal business and not a state business?
The Commerce Clause reserves to Congress the power to regulate interstate commerce. The states may not enact laws that place an undue burden on interstate commerce. However, state laws that regulate even-handedly to effectuate a legitimate local public interest, and whose effect on interstate commerce is merely incidental, are usually upheld.
Doesn't Maura's new law cause undue burden since it violates Bruen?
Probably not, but it sounds like a bunch of Indian givers… of all the people that the government has f***ed over….Would a gun shop / FFL located on tribal land be subject to only federal law?
I'm 70, I just spent an hour looking for my damn truck keys......
I want whatever they got Joe Biden on because he seems tuned up… whatever that is I want itGood luck. I'm a little older than you, so I can sympathize.
I can find my keys, so my only problem now is finding my car.
I swear to God, I rented this car I could find it for the life of me.. I’m press the panic button and screaming rape still couldn’t find the car..Good luck. I'm a little older than you, so I can sympathize.

The key FOB for my truck holds a pin that can unlock the door and open the spare tire cover.I had rented a car last year and this year. Haven’t looked at the Bill yet but it’s doesn’t have keys.
I’m only 40 and I thought I was old. How the f*** does a car not have keys? I guess you could use a screwdriver I wouldn’t know where to stick it.
Do you have a link to the new roster
This link (https://www.mass.gov/lists/approved-firearms-rosters) doesn't list anything new
But they had to “fix” Bruen. You have virulent antigun people writing laws in violation of the Constitution a then trying to write weasel clauses to keep from losing in court. They know nothing about guns, other than they want them banned, and do not care about the Constitution. It actually would be shocking if they wrote anything with competency.
I had lost my keys in a couple years. My buddy is f***ing raccoon snatched out of my pocket. He’s all hands.I tossed them on the porch and I found them under the couch cushion.
Where does this leave a gun like the S&W M&P 15-22 (or any .22 rifle)?
Is it entirely exempt because it's not a centerfire rifle, or is it in the same grey area of "not okay to buy because it's not on a roster, but okay to buy because the state says they're not going to enforce that part of the law right now?"
That's likely banned too unless you buy a pre 8/1 gun because it's basically an AR15. I don't think there's a full blown rimfire exemption.
I also think those M&Ps aren’t interchangeable with centerfire uppers so they’re good to go by any conservative view.
I'm glad that I am wrong. You are fake news.
SECTION 16. Said section 121 of said chapter 140, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out the definition of “Assault weapon” and inserting in place thereof the following 5 definitions:-
“Assault-style firearm”, any firearm which is:
(a) a semiautomatic, centerfire rifle with the capacity to accept a detachable feeding device and includes at least 2 of the following features: (i) a folding or telescopic stock; (ii) a thumbhole stock or pistol grip; (iii) a forward grip or second handgrip or protruding grip that can be held by the non-trigger hand; (iv) a threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor or muzzle break or similar feature; or (v) a shroud that encircles either all or p

Does this essentially mean, roster BS aside, that somebody can still sell a new M&P 15/22 or an AR built around a 22 LR upper?
yesI'm glad that I am wrong.

I'm not sure that's clear. In my understanding, if the lower is now a firearm on its own, an AR lower is a banned firearm. Are banned firearms in exempted configuration "washed"?or an AR built around a 22 LR upper?
I don't think we'll see a determination but that would be a great way to still, you know.... backfill the collection....yes

I'm happy to buy a few from any dealer who will sell me them.I don't think we'll see a determination but that would be a great way to still, you know.... backfill the collection....
Not sure why, but reading this inspired me to ask if NES (paying members) could do a class action law suit against mura for deprivation of constitutional rights?I'm happy to buy a few from any dealer who will sell me them.
