I know, I was just kidding

I guess the point is that when it says no trespassing they mean it...
Now, if I were to put my marketer's hat on here...I think considerable sums of $ could be made by organizing ghost tours of the place.

I know a woman in another town who makes a very nice living doing ghost tours.

I've done the one in Boston. It's pretty lame and very pricey.

Yeah - they don't fool around. Re: tours - it would be cool, but it would never happen. The state still owns it and the liability for someone getting hurt would put us back in to financial distress. It would take too much rehab to make it safe to do that, and it would take years to recoop the cost of rehab and insurance costs. But...it would be very cool. :D
