Found one on here about 2 years ago. Looking for a gen 2. Hit a few shops in MA and NH. Haven't been able to locate anything. Any ideas?

Ranier Arms has them for sale. If they are out of stock put your email in they seems to have them from here to here

i don't mean to sound like a jerko - but, why? I guess I understand if you're doing a complete Noveske rifle it's nice to have matching parts, but otherwise why spend the extra money?

Titties sprinkles.

I have a complete Noveske 300 black. It's the tightest, best feeling AR I have. I also have some AR mutts. I'm building another 5.56 gun and I wanna keep it all Noveske. Nothing wrong with my mutt guns. I just have OCD at times. So they tell me.

There are a few in gunbroker, but you will need to warm up your wallet. I got a gen 1 and gen 2 lower. Didn't know what I paid, but surely not the price listed at gunbroker.

The don't make gen 2 anymore.

Gen 3 is available:

Gen 2 was forged and is considered to be stronger than Gen 3 which is machined. However, gen 2 had issues with the pivot and receiver pin locations being tight. Ver early gen 2's are not compatible with Pmags (receiver or pmag must be dremeled). Gen 2's have a premium.

Oops. Didn't put it in my cart to realize they were sold out.

Rainier and G&R are the best places to get those lowers. I doubt you'll find gen 2 anymore unless used or Like New. I'd be surprised if dealers even have any more. I noticed that G&R has the option for them to assemble the lower with the parts you choose. When I tested and added this option, I noticed that there was no cost. I enjoy putting my own lowers together and can do it with high precision and attention to detail. I just don't mess with uppers since that can get complicated. (torque, head spacing, pinning muzzle brakes)
