There is no law dealing with open carry in MA. So technically its correct, but the police don't have a problem making shit up either.

RI open carry is a no no. Unless your an LEO or Armor Guard and or Security Guard.

I know people think open carry is a right. It should be an option in case your weapon accidentally gets exposed while carrying concealed so you don't get your ass handed to you by the licensing authority,
