Has anyone converted their Harris from the swivel clamp to a picatinny mount? Looking for opinions/experiences with some of the offerings out there. Thanks!
YHM makes an adapter that connects to a Harris or swivel stud type bipod and clamps to the pic rail pretty inexpensive as well. I use bipod on multiple guns so keeping the swivel attachment was nice when going on bunch of different guns.

The Harris bipod likes a lot of surface contact with the rifle.
I have seen three lengths of adapters to go from picatinny to stud. Short one works for sling attachment. Not sUte what mid size one is useful for. The long one is just longer than the base on the Harris bipod And works well. One I have that works is by Cadwell.
on two of my rails I had plenty of clearance between rail and barrel. I drilled and tapped rail for threaded stud and added a thin nut inside rail. No problems yet
