Hardness tester

I'm hard ...

is that a good deal? I know that they are expensive, but craig list isn't always offers good deals. I believe is that this ting measures the size of the indentation based on impact. How often is it calibrated? This is the kind of thing that would be great to get for Jim's reloading makers space.

Never worried about it. IF it fits, it's good.
I always found that my range scrap and a little Pb/Sn solder or type metal ran about 10-13 BHN and that has been good for everything, until I am over about 1500-1700fps, where I use the same alloy and a gas check.
