Apparently there's a cadre of dipshits on this forum who think celebratory gunfire is OK. So long as nobody is hurt, maybe dipshits wasting ammo so they have less is a good thing.

IIRC, Russia is not a communist country anymore, not since the old Soviet Union was dissolved on 12/26/91, when the formerly annexed countries broke away and claimed their own independence.

Safe = into a berm or other proper backstop you can see.
