Just mud at the range today in the 40's. The berms were rebuilt to 20' high this summer, and they sloughing mud down to the target area after a couple days of heavy rain.

I'm hoping for a better '17 - hopefully I won't have to request any more warm fuzzies - but my wife may be in for another operation.

My Erfurts turn 100 this year. Bun-San says Hoppy New Year; lately he seems to be expressing his photogenic side and insists on hopping up into the picture.

Forgot; the M1911 turns 100 as well.

It's only two blocks to the market but the walk is always interesting.

This is what I saw on my walk the other day. We live near a small sanctuary; occasionally there are coyotes and deer. Your walk-about looks like more fun.

Complicated. In '03 I could buy a 14" Remington 12G pump at the local ferratieria, hardware store, for $200 and I get a gallon of semigloss paint spiff. Today it has changed with the US gov-ment's involvement in the drug war, I have seen plywood submarines passing our beach, any ex-pats have to get approval from the US consulate and that won't happen. I lost a $400 deposit on an S&W 686 in '06. Retail was $1300 and i got a deal from a dealer in San Jose for $1K . Dealer was oh so sorry but he got some free inventory. I got a lesson. I also got invited to shoot his 1908 7.63 MAXIM gun at a BBQ. I also got to paint one of my upstairs bathrooms so WTF. I should have bought that 12g Remington. Har Har ! or Ja! Ja!
