BJJ.

You can train every session with an actively resisting opponent. So you just know if things work or not. There is no guessing/wondering. It gives you confidence. You just know that you can handle yourself because every day you train you need to prove it. Started weighing 220 and weigh 185 today. Began training BJJ at 41 and I just got my brown belt. I am addicted.

Congrats on the brown belt! That's a big accomplishment. Still working on getting to purple myself...
