I spent a reasonable amount of time on that beach. Gosh it's nice. Surf is fun. Get to be naked. Sun. The last time was. . . . . . . 23 or so years ago. The year before my wife was preggers with my daughter. Maybe it was THE year (got preggers in Sept.). We had a house rented in Chilmark for a week pre-Summer season.

Funniest were the guys that would walk INTO the surf to check out my wife's naked body laying at the edge of the surf. Although 22 years ago was early age of interwebs. They all thought they were being discrete. We honestly didn't give two craps.

Somewhere in my wife's things are some nice B&W's of us on the beach. Some guy was making a coffee table book. He sent us 8x10's later but we didn't make it into the book. Wife may have a copy of the book as well.

What??? Women have to have covered nipples (and that's it in the ordinance. Not fully covered boobage, just a non-opaque nipple cover. I'm sure the beachgoers woulda had just as big of an issue) and men can flaunt his man-nips all over the place????

The court case is for Laconia, not Hampton Beach or the state. They have a local ordinance in place, probably related to bike week.

So kidding aside I wonder how that would stand up in court....Hell they let men that identify as woman in the ladies room...why not woman that identify as men topless on the beach.

 

I've been to a few nude beaches over the years. I don't know why but it seems like the girls who like to go topless are the girls who should be wearing two shirts and a paper bag. You rarely see a hottie. And that's down south. Imagine the white, pasty, New Hampshire skags whose drooping jugs have never seen sunlight? I'm guessing g we're not missing much up here.
The last topless New Hampshire girl I saw was in Laconia on the back of a bike. Her face looked like a cross between Don Knotts and Steve Buschemi and her tits looked like a pair of bassett hound ears. They were flapping louder than the straight pipes on the fat dude's gnarly davison.

 

I would not have convicted them, assuming that pic is accurate evidence.

Uhhh... it just did stand up in court. The NH Supreme Court ruled 3-2 that a law that only applies to women, isn't gender discrimination.

Vaguely along the same lines as part of this thread, I do some work with a 65 year old short fat plumber with a beer keg belly.....who goes on vacation to Florida with his buddy......and comes back talking about his adventures.....and he’s like so Ron, we went to a nude bar down there where nobody wears anything and guess what we saw?? Back when I’d go to MV there were people of all shapes and sizes. It isn’t a strip club, it’s a beach. But the last time, two hotties set their towels right next to me and the missus. Gosh they were cute.

We go to gunnison beach a couple of times a summer, and Jamaica once a year. You see all varieties of bareassed humans. It's about freedom, of expression, of clothing, of judgement.
