Some of you may recall a thread awhile back asking the best way to carry while working out, and many members only response was to ask why one yould even THINK about carrying while in a gym.
I, as a personal trainer for the last 8 years, chimed in with all the reasons why I carry in gyms every chance that I get, and a few others weighed in with their own personal experiences.
