You can't protect against everything, but any normal residential container type safe will keep 99.99999999% of house thieves out.
I doubt that an RSC of any kind would keep out all but one out of 10 billion house thieves, considering that there are fewer than 10B people on the planed and the Hatton Garden Heist showed that even a megasafe can be breached.

The key in RSC is the wall thickness, which can range from 12 and 10 gauge (tin cal) to 7 ga (3/16) or ever 1/4" If you're into the thicker gauges it's impractical to breech in a short time without specialized tools or a cutting torch. The number of bolts, and super-duper-proprietary hard plate with a custom name ( that always tries to imply it is better than any other ) in front of the lock is less critical.
