I wonder what the deal is with this shop. Scam?

Political career in Florida?

Apparently FL still has a burgeoning corrupt hack market. Or maybe he's trying to get in after one of those gets kicked out of office. Apparently down there you can wait 5
minutes and there will be a seat to be filled. Parts of FL are pretty corrupt, apparently, but at least they allow you to defend yourself. [grin]

Well, the cash flow is only $60K which is not huge by any means. It is a really small shop (688 SQ FT[shocked]) and is likely a good investment for a retiree who wants something to do that brings in cash. Maybe Yelena knows which one this could be????

The only shop I knew of in Providence, was one that was located near route 6 near. It was crappy and way over priced, and the last time I drove past it the place looked empty and there was a for lease sign up.
