I'm planning to head north for the grouse opener this year. Since it will be my first Fall as a NH resident I want to do it right. I've never been up that way so I was hoping anyone with experience could chime in and tell me about how their trip went, if it's worth it, etc.
I'm toying with the idea of camping out for a few nights, so any nearby campground recommendations would be great too - thanks
