Great service from Beretta

I mounted a red dot on my berretta 92FS.

I used a Aim Tech mount and Houge screws. One day after shooting several hundred rounds I noticed the screw head on the upper right grip had broken off. I tried to remove the screw, but had no luck.

I returned the pistol to Beretta, asking then to replace the grip screw grommet. I shipped the pistol May 24, over night by FedEx, got the pistol back on May 31, new grommet, and a new set of screws. I assumed there would be a charge as the failed screw was after market. NO charge for the repair, super fast turn around. Best service I have ever seen.
