Gov. Sununu is pushing for 90 day moratorium on new state regs.

Not in the slightest. Regulations and administratative rules are not the same as laws. This has no effect on CC or any other Bill in the legislature.

Could this sort of thing have prevented what the AG did to harm civil rights in Massachusetts?

How has this been working out for NH?

Would have meant nothing in MA. There were no new rules, regulations, or laws. The AG "reinterpreted" an existing law.

This is a great idea....Proposing rollbacks and making it happen are two different things.

Lets see how much political capitol Sununu is willing to expend on this.......if he suceeds it may be the best reason to re-elect him.

I think he is sitting on plenty of capitol, the guy has been doing a pretty good job of appeasing all sides.

Bullshit like mandatory kindergarden and the funding issues that go along with it doesnt sit well with a lot of voters.....;

Same with his support of further consolidation of hospitals into larger and larger unresponsive entities

List of shit that are real problems goes on and on

For sure, but for all of the people it upsets, the folks that it pleases are there as well.
