The NAS just released their study concerning a national ballistic imaging database. They said it should not be implemented and would be of limited usefulness. This is a positive for law-abiding gun owners nationwide and the industry. For them to realize and confirm what the industry has said for years is a tremendous help in our fight.
Also they made comments that microstamping needs to be further studied to determine its durability, susceptibility to tampering and cost to manufacturers and consumers.
