About 4 months ago I bought some Glock clone serialized frames (SCT) thru an FFL in Massachusetts. Under the new law can I still build these and register them?
 
Absolutely!

My suggestion for completing the build would be to use OEM glock internals, a 'minus' connector from a supplier of solid reputation, whatever slide floats your boat, and a KKM barrel.
