Are you using American Eagle 124gr? I had problems with that ammo until I broke the gun/extented magazines in. Try a bunch of different brands

Test it out with a different upper receiver.
Buy one.
If it still jams, it could be the lower.
The smaller the Glock, the more it will jam.
The first rounds out of a brand new G42 jammed up real good.
After a few mags, it ran great.
Glock offered a free parts upgrade for early G42's to your Glock Armorer.
Try shooting some Winchester White Box 115 grain through it.
If it runs well, it is likely your hallow points causing the problem.
