Getting LTC in all 50 States?

I believe Oregon would also be a challenge. I've heard that they generally do not issue non-resident permits to people unless they're from boarder states. Also, some states like Washington require you to apply in person.
I hold LTC for MA, CT, RI and PA.
As we are moving to WV I have already checked there and found that while they do not accept my MA LTC they do accept my PA license and I will have no issue getting my resident as soon as we make the move.
The WV license is accepted pretty much from FL to PA and weat to OH and IN.

Having family back in my native PA I travel I84 frequently and tried NY and NJ for years. It just won't happen.
