A little friendly advice to the OP:

- Folks have been abusing the rules on NES since day 1!
- Nothing you, I or the Mods can say or do will really change this.
- Making an issue of it will just piss people off.
- Nobody likes a Junior Mod! I was one of the original Mods and really pissed off a lot of members by enforcing the rules. Now I'm happy to be just a paid member and just ignore the rules violation while I read what interests me.

I hear .40 is better if you want to avoid confrontation, bears can smell weakness and usually walk away.
