The SAPR is approved for import as a 14" pistol.

$4k price for the 100 incoming.

Would make an excellent SBR.

Wow. $4K (plus $30 shipping. I love that. Am I the only one that thinks they might throw in the $30 shipping?)

Then it's still a pistol, and you have to source the parts to make it an SBR.

Then you have to source the 922r parts to make it legal.

And the mags are $75 each.

And, of course, the $200 stamp.

That's a fair bit for an SBR.

Why would you pay $4k for this, just curious.
You'd have a quality semiauto 7.62 rifle that until now has been impossible to buy in the USA.

Some people are content with a home built AR15, 10/22, and a G19. This isn't marketed to those people.

Meh

Collectors will stash them away for the novelty, but it's not like a SCAR is not already easily obtainable and well supported (including easily reconfigured as a SBR)
