Trying to find a FSB for an A1 handled receiver. The later “ F “ marked FSB do not have the same height. The barrel is .750 thickness

Another option is to get an F marked FSB and try to zero it.

If the front post bottoms out and you can’t zero it, then source a shorter sight post or file the front sight post down like .040” or whatever the height difference is. Some places make taller posts so you can use a non-F FSB with a flat top upper, so there may also be the reverse out there.
