Folding Stock Question

a friend has a SKS that he bought back in 94 before the ban. It has a folding stock and bayonet attached.

He is moving to Mass.. (stupid move I know) and was wondering if he would have to pin the stock and remove the bayonet?

If the gun was assembled into an AW on 9/13/94 then its preban and isn't a problem. If the gun has those 30 round frankenmags with it he will need an LTC-B or better to even own it here, though.
