FL - Woman Shoots & Kills Intruder Armed With Bow & Arrow

An investigation is continuing into a law enforcement officer's fatal shooting of a neighbor who came into her Pensacola home armed with a bow and arrow, demanded money and later stripped naked.

Auxiliary Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Tabbatha Nussbaumer, 36, shot Sean Harris, 24, after Harris followed her out of her home in the 4200 block of Lynn Ora Drive on Monday night and took off his clothes.

The bizarre incident happened about 7:40 p.m. Monday in a neighborhood south of Langley Avenue.

Nussbaumer told police she was in the shower in an upstairs bathroom when her 9-year-old son ran in and told her a man he didn't recognize was in the house.

When Nussbaumer came out of the shower, Harris was at the bottom of the stairs holding a bow and arrow, police said.....
