Yes, he replied — so she fetched the weapon from another room and tossed it on the couch next to him, police said.

Permanent solution to a temporary problem.

She may be a bitch, but that's not a crime. He had access to the gun before she gave it to him, so he may well have done it regardless of her tossing it to him.

I'll bet you this is gonna cost her a lot of money but in the end, she'll be acquitted.

Oh, BTW. This may have happened in FL., but MA set the precedent for this case when they charged that girl for telling her boyfriend to get back in the car he was asphyxiating himself in.
