Fishing tackle

Texas rig worms (or any plastics for that matter) work in just about any situation, top water froggin' is pretty fun if you have lots of lily pads and the like.

Carolina or texas rigs. The north side of my lake gets dense in summer and if I flip or spin it slow and feel the stalks I won't get snagged on anything but fish mouth. [smile]

Dry flies and frogs on flyrods work great too.

senkos are the ticket for me. Me personally I like fishing early and late season when there are no weeds. I like throwing a big spinner for bass and pickerel.
