first hunt of the season tomorrow

takin the boy for squirrell tomorrow. during deer season last year we found a huntable tract that was loaded with squirrels. marked it on the gps for this squirrel season. goal is to limit out tomorrow. the 20 gauge is packed up. the vests are all loaded with ammo and necessities. the coffee percolator is on the stove ready to start. the thermos is primed with boiling water. first day in the field cant come fast enough.

Had a great morning. Boy got a shot iff at one right away but it was out there a ways. Didnt get it. Then the wind picked up and made things tough. But....we had a ball.
