First AR15 Build. Thoughts, Ideas?

Actually the under 6lb one but thanks for that one too.

Random mil-spec upper and lower, carbine buffer, tube, and spring, random mil-spec parts kit (except for the trigger)

Here's what makes it light:

This stock: http://shopwilsoncombat.com/Super-Stoc-Carbine-Buttstock-Black/productinfo/TR-SUPERSTOC/

I used a Shrewd muzzle brake, the smallest low-profile gas block I could find, lightweight Leupold 1-4X scope, and this trigger:

ETA: The barrel above is a 6.8 SPC. I built an additional upper in 5.56 using the same Wilson Combat lightweight profile barrel (and the same other parts).

Figured I'd give another update. I ended up going with the mid length 14.7" PSA complete upper. I ordered it but it will still be a few weeks till I get it. The last part I need is an upper which is easy. I'm waiting for Precision Firearms to finish theirs hopefully by the end of this month so I can take a look. If not I'll probably get a PSA lower too.

Lastly, all i should need is a set of low profile flip up sights and an optic. The optic is between an eotech and an aimpoint but I haven't even really begun to look at too many of the options yet.

Primary Arms is having an Eotech deal right now for SHOTshow, and I think Opticsplanet is having a sale as well. And I think the Eotech $60 rebate is still going on too.

I'm an Eotech fan myself, though I don't have much experience with the newer smaller Aimpoints like the T1 or the Pro. I have used the older M68 and the newer CompM4 version, and I'll take an Eotech any day over those. The CompM4 is a big chunk of metal for just a red dot.

I'm really not sure on the optic. I have used an eotech before, mainly just checking it out and I liked it. My friend who is going to help me with the build has both and told me I could try both. He has an eotech, aimpoint pro I think it is, and just got the aimpoint M4 but I don't think I'll be getting the M4.

Sights I'm back and forth on since they are just backup. The Magpul are a reasonable price and only about $100 for the front and rear. I see most people just say go with Troy's which are about $170 front and rear if you get them from the right place.

Those troy buis sights are awesome, but i cant afford $170. I only need a rear flip up to go with my red dot that will cowitness my front sight post. anyone know of a flip up rear sight for around $20 that is reliable??
