Fiocchi ammo recall!! 9mm 115gr

I just found out I have some bad boxes of ammo I bought at the Shriner's show!!! I shot about 10 boxes and have about the same left- I bet I'm screwed as they can't ship replacement ammo to MASS!! I'm pissed. Here's the link below.

You are making an assumption. Call them and talk with them. There is NO LAW that prohibits shipping ammo to MA, only an AG's "opinion" that Interstate Commerce Clause of the US Constitution is null and void wrt guns/ammo/mags/knives/etc. in MA!

Called Fiocchi today. They are sending me the neccesary shipping labels and will send me replacement ammo.

Thanks for the info Lugnut. I checked and sure enough I have two boxes with lot numbers in the recall.

Perhaps a lawyer on this list can fill us in. If an out of state vendor defies the AG, and the AG sues in state court, won't there be a default judgement against the defendant?

Thanks for the info. I already used up all of my other boxes (with no problems), but have just one left... Returning it on principle.
