Are the new made semi auto FG42 rifles legal to buy and own in Massachusetts?

As long as their AWB compliant and Rick from SMG (unless private sale) will ship to MA and an FFL will receive it. You're good to go.

With the pistol grip and high capacity mag I guess it boils down to the muzzle brake and if they think that is a flash hider.
