I have a buddy who is the executor of an estate that includes a couple of WW2 war trophies. I have no details beyond one and possibly both are Lugers. Most likely to be liquidated. What FFL in MA is good/fair to work with on such a matter?

Thanks and definitely not looking to broker a private sale. Just to help them settle up the estate and be treated fairly. They don’t know anything about guns and none of the surviving family has an LTC.

Assuming it is in MA, have them talk with Brian Wooley at B&K Sales in Natick. Brian is retired US Army, a great guy and won't steer them wrong or try to screw them. Lugers are worth $2K+ if original and a lot more if a rare variant, with capture papers, original holsters/accessories, etc.

Erfurt rework Luger, used in WWI, then reworked, stamped and used for police work.Any markings on the front grip strap?
