FBI's 2004 statistics out Conclusion: Gun control failed

Took a while to figure out where in the chart you were referring to:
Massachusetts: +20% change in murder since 2003.

But, look at the other bad states:
New York & New Jersy -4% and -3%
D.C. -20%
Illinois (maybe not a fair comparison, since the non-Chicago parts are probably fine) -13%

D.C.'s population fell by 20% as well, so maybe that had something to do with it.

The problem I have with these statistics is that there is so much stuff being measured in one number that it is hard to tell what the primary cause was.

Gee...I just might be wrong, but...do ya think it might have something to do with more states allowing <gasp> concealed carry????

No, but I know a Socialist Independent originally from NYC that knows what the 2nd Ammendment is really about. And he's Rep.

You mean Liberal, dear. There are a few D's on the Hill that are our friends. But to get back to your comment - of course not...they'd rather have sex with Rush Limbaugh.
[lol]
