The police pretty much know who is causing 80% of the crime - they just can't get past the revolving door until the scumbags do something big.

if police suddenly stops all the crime - who would need the police?

I've always wondered how "things" like that exist. Where do they live? Where do they sleep and shit? Do they wear the same smelly rags every day? I can't picture being like that. Jack.
Most of their time is spent recycling through the jails doing life on the installment plan. They got Hoes they shack up with or drug houses ect..

Ive said it before, they keep lettin em out, because judges used to be lawyers, and the brotherhood likes the $$$$$$. Let em out, bring em back in, let em out, bring em back in......only drawback is the victims keep suffering, and the brotherhood dont give a f*** as long as the $$$$$$$$ keep flowin........
seein how its a long weekend, theyll be out by tues.

Great job FRPD keeping the city safe. I don't believe they are true Fall River residence. Take their EBT cards from them and put them in jail.

A family friend was a cop in Chelsea for 20 years. He guessed that probably less than 20 people were responsible for a majority of the violent crime. There was a stretch of a half dozen shootings over the course of a couple months that were basically the same guy either being shot at or doing the shooting.
