FA-10 "Make" for a generic commie-block

I've always been able to fill out FA-10s with the actual manufacturer in the past, but what does one do for a generic rifle like a "Yugo SKS"? There is no manufacturer, per se, marked on the rifle. Do you use the importer? Or just fill in "Yugo"?

I've always checked "Other" and then written in the country of origin.
I just reg'ed two Chinese Type 53s and wrote in "China". Same with the Arisakas.
