I have a MA Non-Resident LTC A (non-restricted).

As I was going through the dance to fill-out my renewal paperwork, I was making a copy of my NH Pistol Permit, and noticed that it will expire before the renewal term of my MA Non-Res LTC (assuming it's renewed). My NH Pistol Permit will expire in April 2016, and this renewal of my MA LTC will (presumably) renew me from October 2015 to October 2016.

Did I explain that clearly enough? Anybody know if this matters?

Is the Commonwealth likely to return my app to me, given that my NH Pistol Permit will expire before the end of the one year term of the MA NR LTC?

Thanks!!

You'll be fine. I got my initial NR LTC under similar circumstances.

I agree with the others. When I lived in NH I had Non Resident for several years and moved to Ma. and switched NH & Ma. resident and Non Resident without any problem. Only thing I don't miss is the $100./year for Ma. Non Resident LTC
